The goods shall be considered as delivered by the Seller and accepted by the Buyer in respect of quantity in accordance with the protocol of goods acceptance, issued by the Buyer after the delivery of the goods to the Buyer’s warehouse and in respect of quality in accordance with the protocol of protocol quality control department of the Buyer.
