Кто-то встречал в инете русский аналог подобного соглашения об авторских правах? Все, вроде бы, несложно, но есть тонкости, нужны шаблонные фразы... Заранее благодарна за ссылку!!!

Даю для примера кусок:

Broadcasting Rights: the right to make the Production accessible to the public as often as desired by means of analog and/or digital broadcasting, including, without limitation, radio and TV (including high-definition TV) broadcasting, wire broadcasting (Hertzian waves, laser, microwaves, etc.), or similar technical devices, regardless of whether the broadcast is effected by means of terrestrial broadcasting systems, cable TV including cable relays, satellites including direct satellite broadcasting (DBS), other narrow or broadband means of transmission (telephone, DSL, radio relay, power line) or similar technical devices or any combination of such devices, and regardless of the receiving terminal used (e.g., TV, PC, MHP (multimedia home platform), mobile phone, PDA); the right to broadcast and/or make the Production, in whole or in part, accessible by any means, including, without limitation, Web casting via streaming with or without downloading, to restricted or unrestricted user groups, with or without temporary storage on the Internet, simultaneously or time-shifted, in edited or unedited form; and the right to broadcast the Production by multiplexing. Broadcasting may be effected by any private and/or public broadcasting companies regardless of whether commercial or non-commercial broadcasting companies or Productions are involved, regardless of the legal relationships existing between the broadcasting companies and recipients of the broadcast (e.g., multi-channel, interactive TV, pay TV, such as “pay per channel,” “pay per view,” “near video on demand,” or “free TV”), regardless of whether the Production is broadcast/received in encoded form, and regardless of whether the Production is broadcast directly by the Licensee or by an affiliated or independent third party broadcasting organization. The broadcasting rights further shall include the right to make such radio broadcasts accessible to the public, including, without limitation, restricted groups of recipients (e.g., closed-circuit TV in hospitals, schools, vehicles, airplanes, hotels, etc.) by any technical means/devices and at any time. Broadcasting may also be effected by means of videotext signals for videotext subtitles.
