Простите, я сегодня тормоз)))
Не могу понять самый конец фразы. Вот этот: due to the reduction of the combustion exhaus. из-за снижения выхлопа (выпуска....)? сгорания.... что-то не могу слепить.

Вот все предложение на всякий случай:
The apparatus of the present invention carries, for each one of the above versions, suitable to specific applications regarding, for instance, both internal-combustion engines for motor-cars and boilers or steam machineries for the energy industry, a firm improvement in the effectiveness of the combustion, with clean heat exchange surfaces in the boilers and clean cylinder valves in the engines, and it furthermore carries an improvement from the point of view of the impact on the environment, due to the reduction of the combustion exhaus.

Да, именно "вследствие снижения величины выхлопа" - это нормально, так говорят. Т.е. меньше выхлоп со всякими грязностями - меньше загрязнение железок.
