Контракт на проведение строительных работ. После того, как подрядчик выполняет какую-либо работу, Инженер certify costs (удостоверяет расходы???) и включает их в Цену контракта

Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:
If any parts of the Works have been covered up or put out of view by the Con-tractor after complying with Подпункт 19.2 and are found to be in accordance with the Contract the cost incurred by the Contractor in complying with the En-gineer's instructions including profit shall be certified by the Engineer and added to the Contract Price.
