В свою очередь, Подрядчик обязан после подписания Акта предоставить Заказчику уточненные накладные в течение 7 дней с момента составления такого акта с указанием количества и цен с учетом акта о приемке Продукции, либо соответствующее уменьшение стоимости Продукции на сумму недопоставленной.

After signing the Report the Contractor shall be obliged to provide the Customer with the corrected notes within 7 days from the date of this report drawing up, specifying the quantity and prices with respect to the Product acceptance certificate, or with the corresponding reduction in the Product value to the amount of the short-delivered goods.
