определение:
“Originating Bank” means, in relation to an EBRD Guarantee, a legal entity (being the Issuing Bank or a Confirming Bank) which has submitted to EBRD a Guarantee Application in respect of that EBRD Guarantee.

"Банк, запрашивающий гарантию" означает – применительно к Гарантии ЕБРР – юридическое лицо (Банк-эмитент или Подтверждающий банк), которое направило в ЕБРР Запрос на выдачу гарантии ЕБРР.

Нормально ли здесь переведен термин?
Или всё же лучше использовать "банк-отправитель" или "банк-оригинатор"?

Перевод делал сам банк, думаю, подобные термины у них согласованы и утверждены, но мне бы хотелось всё же узнать мнение МТ-цев.
