Есть три вопроса, помогите пожалуйста.

1) Название должности - First Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Syria.
Первый зампред ЦБ Сирии?

2) Сразу дам контекст

Как истолковать использованный здесь термин "Principals - the guaranteed"?
Гарантированные Принципалы ???

3)Сокращения: "A/M L/G" .
L/G - letter of guarantee с этим вроде бы всё ясно,
а вот второе, т.е. первое - A/M ?

Контекст:
With reference to your telex/Mt 760 dated / /200
We have issued jointly and severally with you the A/M L/G under your counter-guarantee,

IS, Вы всерьёз считаете (при наличии в тексте *Advance Payment Guarantees and Performance Guarantees IN FAVOUR OF respective SYRIAN BENEFICIARIES*), что *Принципалы - лица, получающие гарантию*?!
