Пожалуйста, помогите перевести bottoming.
Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:
When engaging the face plate locking screw, we recommend that this screw be run into the hole in the spindle the entire length and then backed off slightly. This will eliminate a possible binding or BOTTOMING of this screw which could result in "run out" of the chuck or adapter

Можно понять: излишнее заглубление (шурупа, что приведет к
выходу из строя держателя, суппорта)
