Как вариант: If the price of fuel is unilaterally changed by the Seller contrary to the provisions hereof, the Buyer shall have the right to terminate this Contract or Enclosures/Annexes/Appendices/Schedules thereto, or cancel the Order? without the Seller's prior consent. |
