В случае не получения ответа в указанный срок, считается, что Сторона не возражает против предлагаемого в запросе.

In the case the reply is not got in the time specified, it is considered that the Party does not object the issue proposed in the request.

If the response is not received within the specified period, the Party shall be deemed not to object against the proposal contained in the request.
