Dear Mr. Veeneman

Me, Tom Mach, as the sole director of the HOTEI-CORPORATION AG, was informed through your correspondence since last few days about some wire transfers with the account number 123456789 in the name of Hotei-Corporation AG.

I am very surprised about this, because I am the only one who can sign for this company and I have also not given to anybody a power of attorney to open an account, to give instructions/orders and to execute transactions for or in the name of Hotei-Corporation AG.

I have no idea what kind of business is here going on. Please, stop immediate the payments out of this account. Please give me all necessary information about hte payments which were already done.

Катенька, что именно Вам не понятно?
Без спросу директора со счета фирмы осуществляются переводы, да еще счет без его спросу открыли. Да и за английский такой так ему и надо.
