Пожалуйста помогите перевести:

КОНТЕКСТ:
1. Настоящее Соглашение может быть расторгнуто до завершения срока, указанного в Разделе I, Пункт C настоящего Соглашения:
(a) По обоюдному письменному согласию сторон;
или
(b) By Company automatically, upon thirty (30)
day notice in writing, by registered mail with
return receipt requested, or personal delivery, in
the event Distributor attempts to assign this
Agreement or any right hereunder without
Company's prior written consent, or if there is a
change in the control or management of
Distributor which is unacceptable to Company, or
if Distributor ceases to conduct its operations in
the normal course of business, or if Distributor
shall consent to the appointment of a receiver,
trustee or liquidator of itself, a subsidiary or of a
substantial part of its property, or shall make a
general assignment for the benefit of creditors,
or if Company shall determine or Distributor shall
admit in writing or otherwise its inability to meet
its obligations as they come due, or if Distributor
breaches this Agreement (without any notice to
cure sent by Company being necessary) or acts
in any manner deemed by Company to be
detrimental to the best interests of Company.
The foregoing events shall be deemed, without
limitation, to be cause for termination by
Company.

...в случае нарушения Дистрибутором настоящего Соглашения (причём от Компании не требуется направить уведомление с требовинем исправить нарушение)...

Короче говоря, увидела Компания нарушение — послала уведомление "Расторгаем" — через 30 дней соглашение расторгнуто. А если бы такой оговорки не было, то Дистрибутор мог бы сказать "Нет, вы нам сначала должны были прислать уведомление "Ты нарушил, исправься", дать на это исправление время, а уж потом слать уведомление "Расторгаем"".
