18.12 [Non-Negotiation Events
(a) The Trader shall notify the Agent promptly upon becoming aware of the occurrence of a Non-Negotiation Event.
(b) If such Non-Negotiation Event occurs during the Amortisation Period then, on the first Business Day of the calendar month which succeeds the calendar month in which that Non-Negotiation Event occurred, the Trader shall credit the Collection Account with such amount as shall have been notified to the Trader by the Agent as being the amount required (the "cash covered amount") to ensure that the [next due Repayment Instalment shall be paid on its due date] and, for those purposes and for the purpose of Clause 18.1 (Collection Account), the cash covered amount shall be deemed to be a receivable under the relevant Sales Contract which was paid into the Collection Account by the relevant Offtaker under the relevant Sales Contract.
