V's suggestions are good.

But you probably don't need "any and all" Any is probably sufficient.

V is right, "received" might be better that "obtained" because it involves less effort by the recipient. I wouldn't say "secured".

I have never drafted an agreement with "throughout the life" of the agreement, but I have done it with "throught the term of this agreement." I don't usually say "in the course of operation" because you don't usually refer to Agreements as "operating." They have a term, they have provisions, etc. but they don't really have operations. However, if you used it the language would be understood and not ambiguous. But NY lawyers would mark it up.
