Добрый день! Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести пункт договора купли-продажи:
Общая сумма настоящего Договора и количество переданного по нему Товара складываются из общего количества и стоимости Товара, переданного Покупателю отдельными партиями в течение срока его действия.
Моя версия такая:
The total sum of the present Contract and quantity of delivered Goods are composed of total amount and value of goods delivered to the Buyer in separate lots within contract time.
Есть ли у кого-нибудь другие варианты? Заранее, спасибо

The total value of this Contract and quantity of goods available hereunder shall be derived from/be added up by the quantities of goods and their respective value delivered throughout its [effective] term.

Как вариант:
Total quantity and the aggregate value of the Goods delivered hereunder shall be comprised of the quantities and values of the Goods delivered to the Buyer in separate lots within the term of validity of this Contract.
