доброе утро, помогите понять последние два условия...

If separate alarm panels are used to collect alarms in valve and pump rooms they shall at least fulfill these criteria:
-Outgoing summary alarms and for every alarm point to dispatcher room.
-Normal installation is to connect alarms for firefighting systems to fire alarm system by address units.
