Контроль чистоты рабочей жидкости
Контроль чистоты осуществляется путем измерения дисперсного состава загрязнений рабочей жидкости и определения класса чистоты по ГОСТ 12716-2001 или международным стандартам ISO4406, NAS1638.
Отбор проб следует производить в следующих точках:
• во всасывающем трубопроводе;
• перед сервоклапанами;
• перед входом сливной линии в бак перед фильтрами промывочной установки ;
Необходимо иметь следующий класс чистоты:
• с пропорциональными клапанами ГОСТ 17246-2001 класс 9;
• для установок с сервоклапанами ГОСТ 17216-2001 класс8.
Необходимо доказательное подтверждение степени чистоты в соответствии с прилагаемыми таблицами.
