Нигде не могу найти сочетание Low Volume Exemption

The EPA has issued a Low Volume Exemption requirement for this
chemical based on potential concerns for:
сarcinogenicity, mutagenicity, blood effects.

As part of Low Volume Exemption agreement, a NIOSH approved respirator with an Assigned Protection Factor of 25 must be worn during the manufacturing and processing when there is a potential for exposure to the dry chemical.

И мне только что понадобилось сыскать - хотя бы я на болгарском перевожу.

По-видимому, это какой-то облегченный статут для производства или импорта токсичных химических материалов, когда общее количество выпуска (или импорта) небольшое.

Такая опция предусмотрена в штатском TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act) их EPA (Environmental Protection Agency - вроде министерство экологии) - но и не только: попали канадские, австралийские и другие источники. "(6) Reduced Notification Requirements for Low Production Volume New Chemical Substances
(Newly Introduced at the 2003 Amendment to the Law)
If the total manufacture and/or import volume per year is 10 tons or less, when providing notification of manufacture of a new chemical substance, the notifier can ask for reduced notification requirements (application for low volume exemption (LVE)) (Refer to Figure 3-5)

This is a system under which, if the new chemical substance in question is evaluated as persistent but not highly bioaccumulative and with uncertain toxicity ("a substance subject to verification") in the pre-manufacturing evaluation process, and the manufacturer and/or importer have/has submitted the written confirmation that they manufacture/import 10 tons or less annually, they will receive prior confirmation from the three ministers that they may manufacture and/or import the substance. Ex-post monitoring (collection of report and site inspection) is to be carried out.
However, in the case that there are several manufacturers/importers of the same chemical substances, the total volume manufactured/imported is kept not to exceed 10 tons per year, including the amount produced under exempted notification for small volume manufacturers/importers."
