If any of the provisions hereof becomes invalid, ineffective or unenforceable, it shall have no effect on the validity, effectiveness and enforceability of the other provisions hereof, and the contracting parties undertake to replace such invalid, ineffective or unenforceable provision with a new provision, the wording of which shall correspond to the intention expressed by the original provision and HEREBY AS THE WHOLE (???), within one (1) month.
