Помогите, пожалуйста перевести такое, вроде легкое предложение:
Тем не менее, было отмечено большое многообразие проблем внутреннего, внутригосударственного, характера, негативно сказывающихся на развитии ТЭК.

Все никак не могу структурировать его...
