Ничего понятно! О чём речь? may be eterminated before time - это есть правильно или неправильно? Как говорится, dot the i's and cross the t's. Люди (как я, например) же читают и не понимают. |

Могу заметить, что мне не встречался такой вариант никогда (before [its] time - как-то слишком литературно). Равно как и "before its term", равно как и "in advance". Я ничего не утверждаю, просто для справки. Кто встречал этих редких пташек, пусть бросит в меня камень... parties hereto? - не уверен, да мне все равно, топикстартер пусть сам вычеркнет, если это лишнее. Однако, шансов больше, что оставит. other than? - дело вкуса, принципиального значения не имеет. ***но твой перевод "досрочно" мне очень понравился.*** |

Earl it's an eye-opener for me. I will take it into account. If you're ceritifed in SA... maybe it's an SA acceptable phrase? I haven't seen it much in the contracts I work with (not only Russian; I get a lot of British and BVI (not that I would say that BVI English is very good most of the time:))) |
