из договора, "Подрядчик обязуется..." только нужен быстрый ответ

Я договорА переводить не умею (да и , честно говоря, вообще переводить не умею), но надо, и ничего с этим не поделать. На этой фразе меня перемкнуло, не понимаю, чего тут и куда. Помогите, а? Получаются у меня только кусочки оборванные, а в целое предложение их склеить не могу. Перевод с рус на анг. Если нужно, могу сюда весь договор перепепечатать, но это уйму времени займет.

Ой, спасибо, вот уже четкая картина сформировалась. Спасибо откликнувшимся. И такой вопрос, кто бы мог помочь с редактированием этого (и, наверное, многих других документов), естественно небесплатно (а сколько это в принципе стоить должно?). В любом случае, мы могли бы договориться.

В принципе, (а так же на практике), многие носители языка из туманного Альбиона берут в среднем 20 евров за 1000 слов английского (sic!) текста. Некоторые придерживаются этой же практики, но на уровне 20 фунтей за тыщу слов.

Можно найти американцев за 10 долларов за тыщу слов. Опасайтесь эмигрантов! :0)

Just a quick nerdy remark about the use of colon. The clause preceding the colon must be able to stand on its own, i.e. it has to be a complete sentence. So "The contractor shall: _____" or "The contractor undertakes: _____" or the the often used constructs like "the advantages are: ______" are not grammatically correct.

The correct way to say it is "The contactor shall do the following:", "The contractor undertakes to do the following:", the advantages are as follows:". If this is too long, then you could leave everything the way it is, but omitted.
