Не могу подобрать русский эквивалент, хотя бы описательный, термину ‘attitude’ в следующих контекстах:

Да, в первом примере всё просто здорово!
А во втором?
"Спортсмен обладал таким важным качеством как __подход__"?..
Тогда моя совсем русский язык не знай как понимаю говорить. :(((
