вроде всё просто, но чувствую, что возможны и другие (правильные!) варианты

Исходный текст:
- организовать периодическую проверку знаний персоналом инструкций по эксплуатации и безопасному обслуживанию

Два варианта моего перевода:
1) to establish (ensure) regular assessment of personnel for knowledge of operation and safe maintenance (instructions)

2) to establish regular knowledge assessment of personnel for operation and safe maintenance (instructions)
