Что-то не могу понять, зачем здесь два раза Notified Body.
Или это футбол отвелекает...

Иногда такая тавтология встречаются в английском (как правило, в официально-канцелярских текстах), например
account number of my account
или
order number of the order

Естественно, на русский достаточно перевести слово один раз, без повтора.
