Subject: notarial record (как документ) Может это "исполнительная надпись, заверенная нотариусом"? Когда-то мне такое встречалось в кредитных договорах.Документ под названием "notarial record" на 3-х страницах. Основная суть в следующем:
Against the Borrower does not redeem duly the loan to the Lender as stipulated above, thus the Borrower does not pay duly any of the three settlements inclusive the due interest payments,
the Borrower agrees hereby explicitly and gives its permit in relation to the Lender to order and execute on the basis of this notarial record a distraint of the Borrower according to the Section 251 to 271 c.p.c., so in that case this notarial record shall be provided as an enforceable title for the distraint procedure against the Borrower to enforce his obligation to repay the loan acknowledged by him and specified as to the reason and amount above in this notarial record.
