Вот уже какой день я думаю как перевести две фразы в Кредитном Договоре
Funding Break Costs
Funding Break Gains.
Прошу помогите!

КОНТЕКС СЛЕДУЮЩИЙ:

Funding Break Costs" means the amount (if any) by which:

(A) the interest (excluding Margin) which the Lender should have received for the period from the date of receipt of all or any part of the Loan to the last day of the current Interest Fixing Period in respect of the Loan had the principal amount received been paid on the last day of that Interest Fixing Period;

exceeds:

(B) the amount (exluding Margin) which the Lender would be able to obtain by placing an amount equal to the principal amount received by it on deposit with a leading bank in the London Interbank Market for a period starting on the business day following receipt or recovery and ending on the last day of the then current Interest Fixing Period;

"Funding Break Gains" means the amount (if any) by which:

(A) the amount which the Lender obtains by placing an amount equal to the principal amount received by it on deposit with a leading bank in the London Interbank Market for a period starting on the business day following receipt or recovery and ending on the last day of the then current Interest Fixing Period
exceeds:
(B) the interest which the Lender should have received for the period from the date of receipt of all or any part of the Loan to the last day of the current Interest Fixing Period in respect of the Loan had the principal amount received been paid on the last day of that Interest Fixing Period;

Честно говоря, я в кредитных договорах с таким не сталкивалась, но перевела бы что-нибудь вроде "затраты/расходы в связи с прекращением финансирования" и "доходы/прибыль в связи с прекращением финансирования".
