Это пункт договора о коммерческой концессии:Whereas, Franchisor has expended considerable time, skill, effort and money in creation, development and franchising of stores, which employ certan distinctive and identifying marks, trade names, trademarks, services marks, copyright, logos, emblems and advertising and promotional slogans and certain unique trade dress including store design and layout all of which is hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Proprietary Mark".
Хочется все это просто назвать "Интеллектуальной собственностью", но может быть есть какой-нибудь специальный термин?
