Какие-то односложные ответы =-) Чего-то не понимаю я... Значение слов то этих я найти мог, не понятна сама структура =\ какой глагол относится к ship owners, ship managers?
Выходит что-то типа этого чтоль? "Самостоятельно или совместно с другими в любой части света вести торговлю. бизнес судовладельцев, менеджеров, агентов судов....."

To carry on ... the business of .... ship owners, ship managers,...
Так понятнее?
