Помогите пож-та перевести фразу "в полном её объеме" в след. контексте:

В случае нарушения указанных выше условий Тренер – консультант несет материальную ответственность в соответствии с законодательством и возмещает причиненные убытки, в том числе и упущенную выгоду в полном её объеме.

Мой вариант:
In case violation of the above conditions the Trainer-Consultant shall bear material liability in accordance with the current legislation and recover caused damages as well as benefits foregone in full.
