Burning Platform в контексте:
The Sponsor will develop the “Burning Platform” based on the submitted idea that initiated the project
The Burning Platform will be used throughout the 6 Sigma RIW as the “elevator speech” on why the change is needed

Это фигура речи или какой-то термин загнутый из eTracker или RIWов?
