Помогите, пожалуйста, правильно перевести "look to the customer" в следующем контексте: If Customer exercises clause (c) above, the Customer will have the same rights and responsibilities as ХХХ has, with respect to the Equipment, and ХХХ will credit the Customer for all payments so made to the Financier, and likewise, the Financier will not look to the Customer for any payments made to ХХХ prior to notification by the Financier.
У меня получается что-то вроде "подобным образом, Финансирующая организация не требует от Клиента каких-либо платежей, осуществленных в пользу ХХХ до получения уведомления от Финансовой организации"
