Помогите, пожалуйста, подобрать (или придумать:() юрид.русский эквивалент к Released Claims, если учитывать, что
Releasor - «лицо, отказавшееся от прав в пользу другого лица».
Контекст:
... releases their directors, officers, employees, insurers and attorneys (for purposes of this Section 5.1, each a "Releasee") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, obligations, liabilities, and damages, ...(in this Section 5.1, collectively, "Released Claims").
