Пожалуйста, помогите перевести предложение или зотя бы что значит Completions в данном контексте. Это простой Договор доверительного управления бумагами. пункт "общие положения" в контексте больше нигде не встречается. После пункта "Конфиденциальность"

Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:
Completions shall not in any way prejudice or affect the operation jof any of the provisions of this agreement, which contemplate or are capable of post-Completion operation and all such provisions shall continue in full force abnd effect notwithstanding Complation.

IMHO - I think what they are saying is that if a portion of this contract is completed, then it should not influence in any way the 'uncompleted' portion of this contract. It is a boilerplate point, just worded a bit differently.
