Для сведения любителей членов (members) при переводе русских уставных документов на английский язык привожу отрывки из документа, составленного юристами - носителями языка (отношении создаваемой российской компании):

1. According to the extract from the Unified State Registrar of Legal Entitles, there are four participants in Trade Centre at the moment, including...
2. Making a corporate decision to announce the increase in the charter capital of Trade Centre as not completed and to register the Company as a new participant in Trade Centre.
3. Simultaneously with the decision on the recognition as not completed of the increase in the charter capital, the General Participants’ Meeting of Trade Centre should approve amendments to the foundation documents of Trade Centre relating to the change of participant.

И при этом - member states. День ото дня люблю юристов все больше и больше. Ещё чуть-чуть, и поверю во всемирный заговор, но не масонов, а лоеров... чтоб они были здоровы :-)
