Subject: qualifying shareholder/experienced shareholder "Minimum holding" means a holding of shares in any Fund the value of which by reference to the Net Asset Value of the number of shares is not less than US$ 100,000 in the case of a Qualifying shareholder and not less than US$ 20,000 in the case of an Experienced shareholder or such higher amount as may be prescribed in the Fund Particulars Supplement of the relevant Fund.Мне в этом предложении еще нужна помощь, чтобы перевести правильно by reference to the Net Asset Value of the number of shares - просто " по отношению к чистой стоимости количества акций"? Непонятно куда вставить Asset?
И еще, что это за документ Fund Particulars Supplement, никто не встречал?
