Подскажите, как могут именоваться данные термины по НДС и переводится с близлижащими выражениями:

No Input Credit: Flat rate producers do not have the right to credit VAT paid on inputs.
The processor then charges VAT on final output and credits the VAT from the purchases.
Producers would be allowed to keep the VAT proceeds and that the rate was designed to offset the VAT paid on inputs.
