Мой перевод: The Parties defined a location of the legal entity as: Russia... Production will be allocated in the fabrication shop. imho: The Parties have decided that the Company will be based/located in Russia (The Parties have decided on the Company's location. It will be based in Russia). Production [operations] will be housed in a structural steel fabrication shop. This location is owned by XX and will be leased out to the Company for a 5-year term subject to registration with/in competent law authorities. |
