There is no industry standard, or universally-accepted tool, for carrying out this activity. This report will, however, provide a generic framework for staff forecasting. It should be understood that KMT will need to initiate a rigorous process that requires detailed inputs and estimates from Line Managers and Technical Specialists across the organisation. All Line Managers and Technical Specialists on every project will need to be engaged in this process if the forecast is to be reliable and have the necessary credibility with project partners and KMT’s parent organisation, KMG.
