Интересует только сабж. Смущает меня, однако, определенный артикль и единственное число. Если воспользоваться вариантами, приведенными МТ, получается «действия социально-опасного элемента» и «действия лица, объявленного вне закона». Бред. Есть еще «неприятельское государство», которое, мне кажется, вообще не подходит, т.к. дальше идет ___. Caput meum doleo oт напряжения, но ничего дельного выдать не может. Может, озарит кого. Спасибо.
