Доброго времени суток,
Пардон, заклинило. Не колдуется еще с утра. Помогите советом:

NNN выражает свое неудовольствие текущим состоянием дел по реализации контракта XXX
Согласно контракта, оборудование должно поступить в наш адрес в середине апреля 2007 года. Дополнительное соглашение №1 к контракту продлило срок поставки до 02.05.2007г.
Невыполнение Вами сроков поставки приносит нашему предприятию серьёзные проблемы.
На основании вышесказанного официально заявляю, NNN настаивает на исполнении банковских гарантий и продолжает процедуру отзыва денежных средств, перечисленных авансом за оборудование.

Мой вариант:
NNN express it’s discontent with current state-of-art for execution of the Contract XXX
According to the contract, the equipment should должно поступить в наш адрес in the mid-dle of April 2007. Additional Agreement №1 to the Contract extended terms of shipment (delivery) to 02.05.2007г.
Your non-fulfillment of terms of delivery brings serious problems for our mill
Basing on mentioned above we intimate, NNN insists on the performance of bank guarantees and continues with cash withdrawal procedure for the advance payments for goods (equipment)

Вот на всякий случай

Your non-fulfillment of terms of delivery звучит как то нагроможденно, лучше -Your failure of delivery terms или delivery terms delay (задержка). А так все ок.
