Thank you for your e-mail supplying evidence that the GS6 Factor Emollient is not binding in Fork 8 Upgrade testing.
As GS6 Factor Supervisor, I personally verified the binding data before we shipped. It appears, however, that the Lumina lab providing the base emulsion complex is experiencing data-corruption problems.
The thickening agent is not consistently performing to standards. Consequently, the base emulsion complex is subject to rapid deterioration at temperatures inferior to 3C. Our GS6 lab, as you know, does not test in these conditions.
Because our lab cannot be responsible for conditions we are unable to test for, I suggest you contact Joe Perkins, Director of Quality Control at Lumina, to arrange this matter. His e-mail is [e-mail].

В целом все понятно, однако загвоздка в том, что фирма занимается информационными технологиями. Поэтому неясно, какое отношение к ее деятельности имеют Emollient, thickening agent, binding, base emulsion complex.

Пожалуйста, помогите разобраться хотя бы с первым абзацем. Очень нужно!

Я тоже так перевела. Но вот редактор недоволен: напоминает, что фирма занимается ИТ.
А каким боком ИТ связаны с этими загустителями?... Непонятно.
