Подскажите, пожалуйста, как можно в этом контексте перевести термин materiality limit.
3.1.1 Each asset and liability shall be expressed in thousands of US Dollars. For the purposes of this Schedule 4, totals are calculated by adding assets and subtracting liabilities;
3.1.2 The balance sheets shall reflect all of the assets and liabilities of the company at the Completion Date;
3.1.3 In preparing the Completion Balance Sheet and Statement a materiality limit of one thousand US Dollars shall be applied;
3.1.4 All balances denominated in Hryvnias or in any currency other than US Dollar shall be translated into US Dollars using the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine or other appropriate agreed upon exchange rate as at the Completion Date;
