A precision bearing comes as a complete assembly of matched parts.
Further it comes with markings to show the end user THE HIGH POINT OF WHAT SMALL ECCENTRICITY THAT IS THERE WITH THE ASSEMBLY so it can be installed into the machine to counter any eccentricities that may be present with the shaft and housing that the bearing is mounted.
The cup mounted in the housing should have its mark 180 degrees from the high point of the housing inside diameter. The cone should have its mark 180 degrees form the shaft’s high point on the outside diameter.

1)То ли мне кажется, то ли в выделенной части текста и правда не все в порядке. 2)Как в этом контексте можно перевести "High point", относительно которой потом производится сборка подшипника.

Кроме того, на подшипнике отмечен (для удобства потребителя) максимум имеющегося в узле небольшого эксцентриситета, с тем чтобы узел мог быть установлен в машине (устройстве -- по контексту) таким образом, чтобы компернсировать эксцентриситеты, возможно имеющиеся у вала, на котором подшипник монтируется, и кожуха.
