В случае наступления форс-мажорных обстоятельств, влияющих на выполнение обязательств по настоящему Контракту одной из Сторон, согласованные в Контракте условия должны продлеваться на время, равное периоду действия форс-мажора.
В качестве форс-мажорных обстоятельств будут рассматриваться следующие обстоятельства: война, взрыв, пожар, природные катастрофы, забастовки, производственные простои, акты вандализма или аварии при транспортировке.
Обе Стороны обязаны информировать друг друга путем направления специального уведомления, заверенного Торгово-Промышленной Палатой страны нахождения Стороны, подвергшейся действию со стороны форс-мажорных обстоятельств.
В случае продолжения форс-мажорных обстоятельств более 4 (четырех) месяцев, Покупатель получает право на расторжение Контракта, при этом Продавец должен вернуть Покупателю все выплаты, полученные им на день расторжения без удержания каких-либо процентов.

25.1. No Party shall be held liable for noncompliance or undue compliance with any of its obligations hereunder due to circumstances of insuperable force (Force Majeure).
25.2. Circumstances of insuperable force include emergency and events unforeseen under the existing conditions, such as: war, act of God, natural disasters (fire, etc.).
25.3. In case of arising of circumstances or insuperable force the Party that suffered from them shall promptly notify the other Party by handing in or mailing a written notice specifying the date of the beginning of such circumstances and describing the nature of force majeure circumstances.
25.4. Upon arising of force majeure circumstances both Parties shall immediately hold a conference to find a solution resolving the situation and use all the possible means to minimize the consequences of such circumstances.
25.5. If operations under the Contract are completely or partly suspended due to force majeure circumstances, the period scheduled for such operations shall be extended by the force majeure period, and the operations shall be resumed immediately upon cessation of Force Majeure.

10.1. Should any circumstances of force-majeure arise (fire, flood, earthquake, strike, riot, civil commotion) the delivery date stipulated in clause 4.1. of the Contract shall be extended for a period until such circumstances remain in force, but only as far as these circumstances affect the execution of the Contract wholly or partially.

10.2. The Seller should immediately but not later than in 20 days notify the Buyer of the commencement and the end of force-majeure circumstances. The notification of commencement and duration of force-majeure circumstances is to be confirmed by authorized Chamber of Commerce.
10.3. If at any time following the signing of the Contract and during manufacturing of the machinery because of force-majeure circumstances the Seller is not able to complete manufacturing and delivery of Equipment under the Contract, the Seller has the right to cease execution of the Contract and in this case to return to the Buyer all payments. No other compensation is due from the Seller to the Buyer.
