Όταν τα κράτη μέλη θεσπίζουν τις εν λόγω διατάξεις, αυτές περιέχουν αναφορά στην παρούσα οδηγία ή συνοδεύονται από την αναφορά αυτή κατά την επίσημη δημοσίευσή τους. Ο τρόπος αναφοράς αποφασίζεται από τα κράτη μέλη.
law	When Member States adopt those measures, they shall contain a reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such reference on the occasion of their official publication. The methods of making such a reference shall be laid down by the Member States.
