Two dogs on a leash get into a fight with an innocent senior caught in the middle. I have been attacked by a dog before and I know a lot of people who are also scared of dogs. Many small children are terrified too. Runners often get chased by dogs who sometimes nip them. Please keep the Seawall a safe place for runners, seniors, and children to be free.
