insurance rent (Insurance Rent means a fair proportion of the cost to the Landlord (including any insurance premium tax) of insuring:(a)the Building against the Insured Risks for its full reinstatement cost, including the costs of demolition and site clearance, temporary works, compliance with local authority requirements in connection with any works of repair or reinstatement, architects', surveyors' and other professional fees and other incidental expenses, and in each case with due allowance for inflation and VAT;(b)against loss of the Rent (having regard to the provisions for the review of the Rent) for a period of three years; and(c)against public liability of the Landlord in connection with any matter relating to the Building, its occupation or use Moonranger) |
