brigade band(In 1842 guide lines were drawn up by the Danish Government for military music in Denmark, uniforms were standardized unfortunately at the expense of the many varied and colorful uniforms. But there was also a cut back on the number of military bands. The end result was five brigade bands and the band of The Royal Danish Lifeguards.
