结晶器保护渣功能 【作用】(The mold flux plays a very important part in the successful continuous casting of steel. The flux must provide the following primary functions: (i)It forms a liquid slag pool on the liquid steel meniscus in the mold to protect the surface of the steel in the mold from reoxidation; (ii) It makes a thermal insulation to prevent heat loss; (iii) The liquid slag should infiltrate the mold/strand gap to provide a lubrication between the solidifying shell and the mold wall； (iv)The liquid slag freezes closely against the water cooled copper mold wall and forms a solid slag layer (usually consisting of a glassy slag film and crystalline slag film), which can provide the right level of horizontal heat transfer for the liquid steel being cast； (v) The liquid slag pool absorbs non-metallic inclusions from liquid steel. This is the last chance for removing inclusions from liquid steel during the metallurgical process of it. 结晶器保护渣对于成功进行钢水连铸起着十分重要的作用。它必须提供下述主要功能：①在结晶器内钢水弯月面上形成液渣池，保护结晶器内钢水面免受二次氧化；②绝热保温，防止热流失；③液渣应渗人到结晶器与铸坯之间的空隙中，为凝固坯壳和结晶器壁之间提供润滑；④液渣紧靠结晶器水冷铜壁处冻结，形成固态保护渣层(通常由玻璃体渣膜和结晶体渣膜组成)；它能为正在连铸的钢水提供适当的横向传热；⑤液渣池从钢水中吸附非金属夹杂物，这是钢水冶金过程中最后一次从钢水中脱除夹杂物的机会。)
